Our independent owner/operators enjoy flexibility as well as unlimited income potential and the opportunity to build something of their own. We have a "work hard, play hard" mentality and we win in every market that we enter. Our team is not open to just anyone and there is an interview process to become a store owner. However, for those that are welcomed aboard, the support and opportunity to grow your own business allows you to operate independently while still being part of something bigger.

"We found Atlantic Bedding and Furniture on Craigslist in Jacksonville, FL in 2009 as a customer.  At the time, Trae was a Real Estate Agent in a horribly failing market and was looking for something new to do. Trae opened the St. Augustine location in September 2009 and began slowly growing his business. I was laid off in May 2010 after 14 years as a Human Resources professional and the timing was perfect. Trae had grown the business to the point he could no longer handle it alone.
